加入WTO对中国经济的影响将是全面、深刻和不可避免的。因此,在地区开发战略、吸引外资政策、贸易政策、产业政策等方面应对此作出相应调整。只有积极参与国际经济合作和竞争,有效利用国际经贸规则,趋利避害,才能发挥我国的优势,保持经济的稳定和发展。
From a macro point of view, the entry will bring about great challenges as well as a good opportunity to China. In regard to its comprehensive impact on China's macro-economy, adjustment has to be made in national policies, including: the regional development strategy, the policy of attracting foreign capital, the trade policy, and the industrial policy. China would fully display its superiority and maintain economic stability and growth only through its cooperation and competition with international economy, and through its effective utilization of international trading rules.
