摘要
资本运营的目的是在利润最大化原则下使资本在再生产过程中实现保值、增值,使资本更有效率,并能不断地实现资本扩张;它的具体表现形式就是企业的兼并、收购和重组。为此,国有企业的领导人必须转变"国有企业的存量资产流动会导致国有资产流失"的观念,成为真正的企业家;同时实行政资分离,逐步建立和完善独立于各级政府的国有资产的管理机构。
The aim of capital operation is to keep and increase the value of capital during the course of reproduction, to constantly make capital expand under the principle of the biggest profit. Its form is acquisistion, purchase and regroup among enterprises. So, the leaders of state-owned enterprises should try to become qualified enterpisers and must change the mind that the existing assets of enterprises flow can lead it lost. At the same, Government and Asset must be separated, and, the Manage Organizations of State-owned Asset which are not controled by all levels governments must e gradually established and improved.
