摘要
当前,我国高等职业技术教育的结构体系存在着布局不够合理,各层次间缺少沟通,学历层次单一等问题。重建高职教育办学体系,要解决以下四个问题:改变"全民办高职"的混乱状况;提升高职教育的办学层次;实现与普通高等教育的沟通和衔接;高职院校必须办出特色,提高质量。
At present, problems about the structural system exist in Chinese senior vocational and technical education, such as unreasonable distribution, lacking of communication among different levels monotony of diploma levels and so on. The following four problems must be solved if to reconstruct the system of running senior vocational and technical education: to change the confused state of 'running senior vocational and technical education nation-wide'; to raise the level of running senior vocational and technical education; to realize the communication and linkage with higher education; to stress its characteristics and improve its quality of senior vocational and technical education.
