高频电阻感应局部表面加热自冷淬火

摘要 本文利用国产高频加热设备实现了45,40Cr 和35CrNi 3 Mo 钢的高频电阻感应局部表面加热自冷淬火。获得了长100mm,宽5—7mm,深1.0—1.5mm,HRC54—59的仿形性淬硬带。经金相检验,透射电镜观察,显微硬度和变形量的测定,分析了不同工艺参数对淬硬带的影响规律,试验表明这种淬火方法节省能源变形小。其淬硬带主要是回火板条马氏体。40Cr 钢个别区域有挛晶马氏体,45钢则有少量下贝氏体。提高阳极电压,细化原始组织,增强材料自身的冷却能力,适宜地控制感应加热距离有利于提高淬火质量。 In this paper,the hardening of 45,40Cr and 35CrNi 3Mo has been achieved by using a domestic production—the high frequency resistance and induction heating equipment.A hardened imitative band of HRC 54— 59 is obtained 100 mm in length,5—7mm in width and 1.0—1.5mm in ??depth.By the observation with the metalloscope,TEM and the determi- nation of microhardness and deformation,the effect of different technolo- gical factors on the hardened band is analyzed.Experiments show that this quenching method saves energy and results in small deformation.The hardened band consists mainly of tempered lath martensite.There is twin martensite in the partial zone of 40Cr and a small amount of lower bainite in the like zone of 45Cr.By raising the anod—voltage:fining the initial structure,strengthening the self—cooling ability of materials and properly controlling the induction heating distance,the quenching quality would be improved.
