摘要
磨损是影响断屑效果的一个重要因素,因此在设计、推广和应用新断屑槽时必须考虑磨损的影响。本文通过理论分析和实验研究,对刀具前、后刀面磨损量与断屑槽的效果进行了深入的探讨,提出了一个新的槽形设计原则。按新原则设计的断屑槽可减少刀具磨损量,提高刀具寿命,并可得到较好的断屑效果。
Cutter wearing is an important factor affecting chip breaking.It is imperative that cutter wearing be taken into account when designing new chip breakers.On the basis oftheoretical and experimental analyses thorough studies have been made of the wear of the face and flank and the effect of chip breaker.A new chip breaker designing principle is put forth.The chip breaker produced according to the principle may well decrease the wear of cutters,and hence lengthen their service life and attain better chip breaking effect.
