摘要
论述了用乳化剂对环氧树脂进行乳化,制得较稳定的环氧树脂乳液的方法。研究了乳化剂用量、增粘剂用量及温度对乳液稳定性的影响,并分析了不同固化剂用量对环氧树脂乳液的固化时间及性能的影响。
High stable epoxy emulsion can be prepared from the choice of optimum emulsifier and technologicsl reactive conditions. The influence factors on stably epoxy resin emulsion, such as the dosages of the emulsifier and viscosity increaser and the reactive temperature are investigated. The different dosage of the curing reagent used in the adhesives, which affect the performances and the curing time are also discussed.
