摘要
目的 探讨腮腺粘液表皮样癌的诊断程序和治疗规范。 方法 对 5 2例腮腺粘液表皮样癌病例进行临床分析。 结果 低度恶性 39例 ,5年生存率 10 0 % ;高度恶性 13例 ,5年生存率 6 1 5 %。 结论 高度恶性粘液表皮样癌与低度恶性粘液表皮样癌的治疗手段和预后有较大差异 ,正确的诊断和规范的治疗是提高生存率的关键。
Objective explore the diagnosis procedure and treatment standard of parotid mucoepidermoid cancer.Methods Conduct analysis on 52 cases with the disease.Results low degree malignancy 39 cases,5 years Survival rate 100%,high degree malignancy 13 cases,5 years survival rate 61 5%.Conclusion there's great difference in treatment measure and prognosis between high degree mucoepidermoid cancer and low degree mucoepidermoid cancer, the correct diagnosis and standardized treatment is the key of improving their survival rate.
