摘要
采用SR400光子计数器及R2949光电倍增管,能在180~900nm光谱范围内探测生物样品的超弱光子辐射强度.光电倍增管冷却至-20℃,噪声降至2~6CPS.探测了莜麦、甜菜等幼苗的超弱光子辐射.
Using SR400 photon counter and R2949 photomultiplier tube,ultraweak photon emission from biologi- cal specimen can be detected over a spectral range of 180~900nm.Cooling the PMT to about -20℃,the noise can be reduced to 2~6 CPS.Ultraweak photon emissions from seedlings of naked oats,beet and so on are detected.
