摘要
高湿和弱光导致葡萄叶片RubisCO含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2 浓度、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a/b下降。叶片净光合速率与气孔导度、胞间CO2 浓度、RubisCO含量之间存在着显著的正相关。较低湿度和光照胁迫后 ,于正常生长条件下能较快地恢复 ,严重高湿和弱光胁迫后很难恢复到对照水平。
The results of research shows that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intracellular concentration of CO 2(Ci),Chl a and Chl b content,Chl a/b and RubisCO content in grape leaves are decreased under high humidity and low light intensity.Both stomatal conductance(Gs),intracellular concentration of CO 2 (Ci)and RubisCO content are significantly positive correlation with the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)(r=0 9772,r=0 9151,r=0 9101).During the recovery,under slightly high humidity in combination with low light intensity,Pn,Ci,Gs and RubisCO content almost reach their values similar to the contrast level respectively.Using higher humidity in combination with lower light intensity,their values could not be recovered.
