A new Welsh onion cultivar'Shencong 1'has been released.It is of greater strength,vigor and size than others by observation.Average plant mass is about 320g.Component content is hole protein 1 59%,hole prosperous 208 4mg/kg,hole potash 0 88g/kg.It is resistant to OYDV and Alternaria leaf spot.The average yield can reach 62 59t·hm -2 .It is suitable for conservation.
