春玉米淀粉含量变化的研究 被引量:3

A Stuty on Changes of Starch Content in Spring Maize

摘要 本试验对春玉米生育期间的叶片、叶鞘、茎杆和雌、雄穗等器官的淀粉含量变化进行了分层次的系统研究。结果表明:随着春玉米生长发育进程,各器官淀粉含量呈大幅度升降变化;不同层次器官对产量形成所起的作用是不同的;各器官贮存或转运碳水化合物的形式亦各异;各器官碳水化合物含量变化,揭示了其物质分配中心的转移。适宜的施氮量,碳氮比适宜,为高产奠定了基础。 Changes of starch content in different organs of spring maize leaf bl adc,leaf sheath,stem,female and male ears were studied according to their different adminstrative Changes of starch contents in different organs(leafblade,leaf shea- th,stem,male flower and ear)at different positions were studied.Results showed that starch contents in these organs increased rapidly in accorda- nce with plant grewth and developing process.organs at different positi- ons had different confributions to final yield.Accumulation and transloca- fion of carbohydrate in these organs was also raried.changer in carbohy- drate contents in these organs indicaled the change of material allocafion center in the plant.Suitable amoubt of nifrogen ferfilizer applicafion and C/N ratio is the prarequisite for high yiecd in spring maize.
