摘要
利用数据库技术选择滚齿机上的差动挂轮,只需在计算机上输入待加工齿轮的螺旋角β、模数m_n和滚刀的头数K,即可自动检索到既满足精度要求,又是机床所具备的若干组差动挂轮的齿数。文中介绍了建库的方法及程序。
As long as input into the computer are helical angle β , module mn and hob threads K of gear to be machined, some sets of differential change-gear toothnumber can be automatically retrieved not only to meet precision requirement but also to be available on the hobbing machine. Method and procedure are introduced of data base set-up.
