摘要
本文以布氏田鼠洞口调查数据为例,探讨了草原群聚鼠类的洞口数量测定与样方面积,抽样精度,时间消耗等关系的抽样方法问题。结果表明,如依据调查地的洞口密度确定样方面积则可提高抽样效率。在低密度水平下宜采用面积大的样方抽样,反之则以小面积样方为宜。
This paper discussed some problems of investigation for the density ofclumped rodents on grassland.The problems included the relationshipbetween the burrow density and sample size,sample quality,time consump-tion,etc.The result showed that the proposed sampling method could raisethe efficiecy in investigation.The large sample is suitable where the densityof burrow is low.The small sample is suitable where the density is high.
