摘要
本文主要概述了转基因动物技术的应用进展。采用该技术成功地将外源基因导入了家畜的受精卵并得以整合和表达,而且能稳定地遗传给后代。采用这项新技术不仅能产生转基因家畜,而且能改变家畜的某些可遗传性状和提高生产能力。对于创造新的基因工程个体,进而培育转基因家畜新品系或新群体,具有重要的价值。该技术的发展对于家畜育种及其生产上的应用具有广阔的前景。
Advances in application of transgenic animal technique have been outlined mainly in this paper. The exogenous genes have been successfully transfered into the animal fertile eggs by using the technique and they have been ineorperated and expressed, and have been also inherited to the progeny stably. The use of this new techniqne can not only produce transgenic domestic animals but also changes some inheritable characters of animals and enhances the animal productivity. It has important value in creating the new transgenic technical individual and breeding the new transgenic animal lines and populations Developement of the technique has a vast prospects in the application to the domestic animal breeding and livestock production.
