摘要
本试验选择严重工业氟污染区的召沟,有马骨质疾病但无氟污染区的西湾以及既无氟污染又无骨质疾病的元山作试点,各点选择山羊9~10只,选自召沟的为有明显氟病症状的病羊,其余两点的为健康羊,通过测试各点牧草及试验羊骨、肝、肾等组织中氟、钙、磷、镁、钡、锶、锰、镉、铅9种元素的含量,结果表明,根据召沟点牧草氟污染的严重程度,单独氟的作用,也足以引起家畜重度氟病。牧草中磷含量不足,钙、磷比例达到8∶1,更促使骨、牙病变的加重。3个点牧草含铅量均偏高,召沟点病羊骨铅高于对照组羊,但肾含铅量未达中毒水平,说明有轻度铅污染。其它元素无超量现象。
Three sites were chosen as experimental units, respectively Zhaogou, polluted seriously with industrial fluorine, Xiwan, existing the horse osteopathy but no fluorine pollution, and Yuanshan, neither fluorine pollution nor the osteopathy. At every unit we choose 9 to 10 goats for the experiment. The goats selected from Zhaogou manifested obvious clinical symptoms of fluorosis, and the goats from other 9 units were healthy.The content of 9 elements, F、Ca、P、Mg、Ba、Sr、Mn、Cd、and Pb contained in the herbage and in the bone, liver, kidney and other tissues of the experimental goats in every unit were determined. The results demonstrated that, according to the polluting severity of fluorine in the herbage at Zhaogou, the toxic action of fluorine alone was enough to cause serious fluorosis of livestock; the deficiency of P content in herbage and the proportion of Ca: P to8: 1 made the pathological changes of the bone and tooth more serious; the contents of Pb in the herbage at three units were all on the high side, at Zhaogou the Pb content in the bone of the affected goats was higher than that of the contrasted goats, but the Pb content in the kidney of the affected goats didn't reach the poisoning level, this showed that the Pb pollution was to a slight extent; The content of other elements didn't exceed the normal level.
