摘要
本文在培养基质中不同氮素水平下(即液培含氮量为0.00、5.10、25.60和76.80ppm,土培有效氮含量为92.00、94.20、102.80和124.30ppm),对毛苕子的结瘤性能及接种效果进行了探讨。实验表明,毛苕子在种床氮素营养贫乏的情况下,能够更好地形成根瘤和增强固氮作用,其生物量不低于在氮素营养为中等的情况下生长的植株。如果进行根瘤菌接种,其结瘤率和单株根瘤数则可显著提高,而生物量甚至会超过在中等氮素营养情况下生长的植株。若氮素营养中等或过高时,毛苕子的结瘤能力和固氮能力反而明显地受到抑制,其接种的根瘤菌比土著根瘤菌则会受到更大的抑制。
The article discussed the inoculation benefits on hairy vetch under different nitrogen levels(0.00,5.10,25.60 and 76.80 ppm nitrogen content in water culture; 92.00, 94.20, 102.80, 124.30 ppm available nitrogen in soil culture). The results indicated that in both water and soil cultures, the percentage of nodulated plants, nodule number per plant and total biomass of the host pIant were higher in the low N level than in the medium and high N levels In the medium N level, nodulation performance and nitrogen fixation of the host plant were higher with inoculated plants than with uninoculated plants.
