摘要
本文提出了改善步进电机矩频特性的一种新方法。首先推导了维持步进电机负载能力不变所必备的电压与频率的关系式。随后采用可控硅整流加滤波的电路对步进电机供电,用改变可控硅触发角的大小来改变供电电压,并用软件实现步进步机的脉冲分配,全部控制用单板机来实现,使整个系统完全数字化。由于实现了调频调压,步进电机高频性能得到了改善。
In this newly developed method expression is first derived for the relation between voltage and frequency essential to keep constant the load capacity of stepping motor . Then a siliconcontrolled rectifier and filter circuit are used to supply power to stepping motor. The voltage is changed by varying trigger angle of the rectifier , pulse distribution implemented by software, and all control conducted on computer TP 801 so as to fully digitalize the whole system. High frequency properties are thus modified by realizing voltage and frequency adjustments.
