摘要
从栽培面积、栽培形式和产量等方面综述了我国黄瓜生产的现状,针对单位面积产量低、黄瓜加工率低、盲目生产严重和保护地生产安全系数低等问题提出我国黄瓜生产应向提高良种利用率、增加投入、提高栽培技术水平,以及黄瓜产品用途多样化和生物技术应用于黄瓜育种等方向发展。
Summarized the present status,problems and development tendency of cucumber production in China from three aspects:cultivation area,cultivation form and total yield.However,lower in yield of per unit area and ratio of prod-uct processing,graver in blind production,and lower in safe coefficient of production in protective ground were the prob-lems of cucumber production now.Popularizing fine varieties and new cultivation technology,adding invests,diversifying the product use,and applying biotechnology in cucumber breeding are the development tendency in future.
