摘要
本文对知识管理的研究和实践进行了简要的描述,发现知识管理研究和实践中明显存在着重显性知识轻隐性知识的倾向。这与隐性知识在知识管理中所起的作用极不相称。本研究通过对知识的分类和对现有隐性知识概念的梳理,对隐性知识有了一个较全面的界定,并认为隐性知识管理的内容和任务主要包括隐性知识的识别、隐性知识的开发利用以及隐性知识的保有和创新这三个大的方面。
This article gives a concise description of the researches and practices of knowledge management,and then finds the obvious trends that explicit knowledge is prone to be emphasized and tacit knowledge be underes-timated.Such phenomenon doesn't match the key role tacit knowledge played in the knowledge management.By clarifying the knowledge and defining the notion of tacit knowledge,the author elaborates tacit knowledge and holds that the tasks and objectives of tacit knowledge management mainly include recognition,exploitation,retain-ing and innovation of tacit knowledge.
