摘要
本文对80例不育症患者测定精浆N_aHCO_3含量,同时与粘液质量相比较。认为,精浆中N_aHCO_3含量与精子活力有着密切的关系,而与精液的PH值、粘稠度、精子密度无关,并就精浆N_aHCO_3含量测定在男子不育症诊治方面的意义进行探讨。
The semical NaHCO_3 concentration and semen parameters were evaluated in 80 infertile men, and the correlation between them were analysed. The results indicated that there was a close relationship between the NaHCO_3 concentration and the sperm activity, but the NaHCO_3 level was not correlated to pH, viscosity and density of semen, The implications of seminal NaHCO_3 evaluation in management of male infertility was also discussed.
