摘要
目的对福建省北部一重症感染粪类圆线虫病例的虫卵与虫体进行形态与大小的检测。方法取患者的胃粘膜病理切片、胃肠呕吐物、引流物、尿液在显微镜下观测并摄影。结果在上述标本中检及粪类圆线虫的虫卵、杆状蚴、丝状蚴与雌成虫。虫卵的大小,长为70.42μm,宽44.24μm,卵内含胎胚或幼虫;卵有单个的,也有成串的。因直接与间接自身感染,虫卵、杆状蚴及丝状蚴数量成千累万。成虫均为雌虫,平均体长2236.55μm,宽27.25μm,尾端钝并稍膨大,服阿苯哒唑400mg/d后,排出雌虫累以千计。结论寄生人体的粪类圆线虫的虫卵大小为70.42μm×44.24μm;雌虫食道长,占体长1/3,尾端形状钝并稍膨大;未发现雄成虫。上述结果纠正了有关文献虫卵大小为50～58μm×30～34μm;雌虫食道占虫体2/3、尾部尖及曾在人体发现雄虫的错误。
Objective Microscopic observation of the eggs and worms in a patient severely infected with S.stercoralis. Method Pathological slides of gastric mucosa,vomitus and drainage of the gastrointestonal tract, feces and urine were examined photographed under a microscope. Results Eggs, rhabditiform larvae, filariform larvae and female adults were observed in the above specimen. Being single or lining up, the egg was 70.42μm in length and 44.24μm in width, with larva or embryo in it. There existed thousands of eggs or worms due to direct infection or indirect autoinfection of S.stercorialis. All the adult worms were found to be female, averaging 2 236.55μm in length and 27.25 μm in width, with a blunt and slightly expending tail,Thousands of females were excreted after the patient took a dosage of albendazole 400mg a day. Conclusions The egg of S.stercoralis in human is 70.42μm×44.24μm; The esophagus occupies one thirds of the body of adult female, whose tail is blunt and slightly extended;Male adult was not found. The results is contradict to the statement in early literature that the egg of the S.stercoralis sized in 50～58μm×30～34μm, the esophagus occupied two thirds of the female body and the male adults were found in human. To confirm our observation, more specimens are required for investigation.
