文章分析了礼仪是道德、职业道德内在要求的外在表现形式 ,它们之间相互渗透、相互补充 ;论述馆员职业道德和礼仪的价值意义主要在于能发挥道德教化功能 ,塑造良好的馆员形象 ,提高凝聚力和战斗力 ,从而提高图书馆的社会效益 ;
The essay analyses the internal needs and external forms of professional moral and politeness of the liˉbrarians.The author holds that the value of professional moral and politeness of the librarians lie in gaining the enlightˉenment by education,establishing perfect images,raising the fighting capacity and cohesion of the librarians,so as to improve the social benefits of libraries.The author also points out that the positive education of professional moral and the creation of a good atmosphere are indispensable in the strengthening the building of professional morals.
