摘要
对25例食管鳞形细胞癌手术切除标本的癌组织以及远癌食管粘膜组织的 GGT 生物化学研究,提示食管癌组织中 GGT 活力明显高于正常组织。并发现有癌细胞分化程度越差,GGT 活力越高的趋势。GGT 可望成为诊断食管癌前期病变及早期癌的重要标志物。
Biochemical changes of γ-Glutamyl Transpeptidase(GGT)have been inve-
stigated in tissues from resected esophageal carcinoma in total 25 patients.
Resulfs showed that there were significant difference between cancer tissues
and normal tissues(P<0.01),and there was tendency of negative correlation
between the GGT activity and the extent of differentiation of squamous cell
carcinoma of esophagus.GGT has a possibility of becoming a marker for
diagnosing early esophageal cancer and pre-carcinomatous lesion.
