摘要
在新药临床试验中 ,受试者依从性差是导致试验结果产生偏倚的一个主要危险因素。受试者的依从性问题贯穿于整个试验过程之中。本文就依从性的影响因素。
Poor compliance is a major risk, factor inducing bias in the results of clinical trials of new drugs. The problem passes through the whole process of the experiment. This article gives a introduction about factors associated with the compliance and methods for evaluating and enhancing the compliance.
