摘要
论述了水源工程对水库库区的永久性影响、周期性影响及临时影响和变化 ,对下游河道及河口三角洲地带的影响 ,气候因素对生物的影响 ,土壤因素对生物的影响及水环境因素对生物的影响等。分析了水源工程对环境影响的评价内容、环境因子识别及权重分析、综合评价及评价指标等。在目前加强水资源开发利用及环境建设成为共识的情况下 ,具有重要的现实意义。
The permanent and periodical effects of reservoir construction on ambient environment, on lower river reaches and river mouth delta area environments are analyzed. The evaluation contents, environmental factor identification, weighting system, comprehensive evaluation method are discussed and evaluation indices are presented for evaluating effects of reservoir construction on environment in this paper.
