摘要
祛痹痛注射液是从杉木杉Cunninghamia lanceolate clamb.HOOK的心材及树枝的干馏液中分离得到的有机酸水溶液,有机酸的含量为2.5g/L。药理研究证明祛痹痛注射液具有一定的抗炎作用本文对祛痹痛注射液的抗炎作用机理作进一步探讨。
Anti—arthralgia Ingection has a marked Suppressive effect on the Swelling of the rat's hind paw induced by injection of carrageenin,and fresh egg white. The swelling induced by injecting carrageenin into the hind paw of adrenolectomized rats is also significantly inhibited. It has no effect on the weight of thymus and Content of Vc in adrenal of rats and can't inhibit other Adrenal growing when the Adrenal is removed . Anti —arthralgia Ingection reduces the content of DGE2 in the exudate formed after injecting carrageenin into the rat's hind paw and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA)in hepatic tissue and serum of rats. It can't increase the stability of red cell membranes.
