摘要
目的 探讨胃类癌的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾分析 1980～ 2 0 0 2年间 12例胃类癌的临床资料。结果 12例胃类癌术前均误诊。生存 2年以上 3例 ,瘤体均小于 5 cm。结论 手术治疗是胃类癌的首选治疗方法 。
Objective\ To investigate the methods for diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoid tumors.Methods\ Clinicopathologic features of 12 patients with gastric carcinoid tumors were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were confirmed by surgery.Results\ All the patients were misdiagnosed preoperatively,Only 3 patients had survived more than 2 years,the size of tumors were less than 5 cm.Conclusion\ Operation may be the first choice for gastric carcinoid tumors.The prognostic factor is based on the subtype and the size of gastric carcinoid tumors.
