摘要
目的 分析探讨不规则阴道出血的原因及病理形态学改变 ,为临床医生和病理医生提供参考。方法 应用统计学方法对 939例不规则阴道出血病例进行回顾性分析。结果 不同病理类型的高发年龄区段显著不同 ,增生期内膜和子宫内膜增生过长好发于 4 0～ 4 9岁的患者 ,异常妊娠引起的出血在 4 0岁以下患者高发 ,而恶性肿瘤引起的出血以 5 0～ 5 9岁高发。子宫内膜炎症引起出血的患者各年龄组构成比无差别 (P>0 .0 5 )。对绝经前后病理类型构成比进行分析有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,绝经前引起阴道不规则出血的病理类型较多 ,而绝经后主要是恶性肿瘤。结论 阴道不规则出血的原因复杂 ,其病理类型多样 ,只有通过诊断性刮宫、病理诊断 。
Objective\ To discuss and analyse the reasons of irregular vagina bleeding and pathological changes for providing reference to clinical and pathological doctors.Methods\ We used statistics method to analyse retrospectively 939 specimen of irregular vagina bleeding.Results\ The age interval of high incidence is different in different pathological types.Hyperplasia endometrium and hyperplasia are common among the patients in age of 40～49.Abnormal pregnancy is common among patients under 40 and malignant tumors is common among those in age of 50～59.But there is no remarkable difference among every age interval to the patients caused by uterine inflammatony diseases( P >0 05) The proportions of pathological types before and after menopause are obvious different( P <0 01) Conclusions The causes of irregular vagina bleeding are complex and its pathological types is varied.The diagnostic cutettage,the endometrium biopsy,a detail inquiring of clinical history especially the data of exact curettage time might offer cardinal indication to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
