转化因子-α及表皮生长因子受体在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达 被引量:6

Expression of transforming growth factor-alpha and epidermal growth factor receptor in gastrointestinal stromal tumours

摘要 目的 研究表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)及转化因子 (TGF α)与胃肠道间质瘤 (GIST)的发生发展关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法观察 3 1例GIST(其中 9例恶性间质瘤 ,8例良性间质瘤 ,14例潜在恶性间质瘤 )的EGFR、TGF α的表达情况。结果 EGFR在恶性间质瘤、潜在恶性间质瘤、良性间质瘤 3组中的免疫组织化学方法检出率分别为 88.89%、64 .2 8%、3 7.5 0 % ,后两组与恶性间质瘤组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 80 .65 %胃肠道间质瘤表达TGF α ,良性、潜在恶性、恶性的TGF α表达差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。所有EGFR阳性的GIST均TGF α表达阳性。结论 EGFR在恶性间质瘤中有较高水平的表达 ,在潜在恶性间质瘤中亦呈较高表达 ,表明EGFR在恶性GIST的发生发展中起着重要的作用。GIST存在生长因子自泌循环 。 Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-α) in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs).Methods The expression of EGFR and TGF-α in 31 cases of GISTs (9 cases of malignant stromal tumor,8 cases of benign stromal tumor and 14 cases potential malignant stromal tumor) was detected by using standard immunostaining technique in paraffin-embedded sections.Results The detectable rate of EGFR in malignant stromal tumor,potential malignant stromal tumor and benign stromal tumor was 88.89%,64.28% and 37.50% respectively,with the difference being significant between the latter two and the former (P<0.05).80.65% of GISTs expressed TGF-α,but there was no significant difference among the groups.All EGFR positive tumors were also positive for TGF-α.Conclusion EGFR might play an an important role in the pathogenesis of GISTs.ATGFα/EGFR autocrine loop is present in GISTs,which might be one of the main causes for uncontrolled growth of tumor cells.
