摘要
阐述了以开环数字高频振荡发生器将数模转换器输出阶梯波的任一部分 ,在宽带示波器上显示出来的动态测试设备 .对数模转换器的差分线性、镇定时间以及开关瞬态幅度等动态指标直观迅速的进行评价 .能对 5 0MHz以下 ,字长 18bit以内的数模转换器进行测试 .
Presents a DAC dynamic test instrument that display DAC output waveform of any division open loop VHF number generator used in the broadband oscilloscope. It immediately appraises dynamic target which are difference linear, catch time and glitch of DAC. The range of test is length of 18 bit and rate of below 50?MHz.
