摘要
目的探讨社区护理干预对中老年临界高血压病人的效果。方法对社区584例临界高血压病人实施健康教育、营养干预、运动锻炼、放松训练等社区护理干预。结果干预后病人的卫生知识(知)比干预前更加丰富,合作态度(信)更好,生活行为(行)也得到改善;病人的血压、血脂等指标也较干预前明显下降(均P<0.05);血压恢复正常者240例(占41.6％)。结论对社区临界高血压病人实施社区护理干预,是降低病人血压,保证病人生活质量,预防高血压继发疾病的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of the community nursing intervention on the middle-aged and theaged patients with borderline hypertension. Methods The borderline hypertension patients received different com-munity nursing intervention such as health education, nutritional intervention, exercise, relaxation training incommunity. Results After the community nursing intervention, knowledge, attitude anti behavior of the patientswith borderline hypertension were significantly improved; their blood pressure (BP), blood trighycerides or bloodcholesterol were lowered significantly (P<0.05); and 41.6% (240 cases) had reversed to normalization. Condo-sion The community nursing intervention on patients with borderline hypertension is an effective measure to lowerblood pressure, ensure their quality of life and prevent the complications of borderline hypertension.
