摘要
静脉注射人参总皂甙(SPG 100mg/kg),三七总皂甙(SPNG100mg/kg)及单体皂甙 Rb_1(25mg/kg)对大鼠不完全性脑缺血损伤有保护作用,能明显减轻急性脑缺血30min 时,脑电图(EEG)的抑制程度,显著降低血浆中丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)的含量,而人参皂甙单体 Rg_1的作用不明显。表明人参皂甙有保护急性脑缺血作用,其主要成分为人参二醇甙(Rb)。
Acute incomplete cerebral ischemia in rats was induced by hypotension coupled with hypoperfusion for 30min.At the end of the experiment, EEG,the content of MDA,the activities of LDH and CPK in plasma were estimated.The results showed that total saponin of Panax ginsen(100mg/kg iv) and pure ginsenside Rb_1(25mg/kg iv)might markedly alleviate the suppression of EEG waves and decrease significantly the concentration of plasm MDA,as well as the activities of LDH,CPK.While the effect of ginsensides Rg_1 was not statistical,the study suggests that the ginsensides possessed protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia in rat,and its active principles are ginsenosides of group of Rb.
