摘要
本研究用大鼠脾淋巴树状突细胞(LDC)为材料,在 S-EM 下观察并比较了它在4℃和37℃孵育1h 后,其突起形态的变化。结果表明,两组间不同形态突起的LDC 数之比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但在4℃组,突起一般较短且钝圆。而在37℃组,突起一般较细长,常见针刺状突出物。此外还可见一些 LDC 聚集成群或与其它细胞聚集成簇。
Comparative observations were made on morphological change of processes of lymphoid dendritic ceils(LDCs)with scanning electron microscope after incubation for 1h at 4℃ and 37℃,respectively.The results revealed that the numerical ratio of LDCs with differ- ent type p(?)occsscs had no significant diffcrence between them(P>0.05).However,the processes in group 4℃ appeared shorter and blund,while in group 37℃,they were long -er and thinner with needle-like processes.And some accumulations of LDCs themselves and clusters formed by LDCs and lymphocytes were also secn in group 37℃.
