摘要
提出了一种新的新生儿血清未结合胆红素的分光光度测定方法。胆红素浓度从30μmol/L 到800μmol/L 范围内,吸光度与浓度呈线性,胆红素血清溶液浓度从50μmol/L 到500μmol/L 范围内的本方法的回收率为0.997,S=0.012,n=16。
A new photometric method is described for determination or unconjugatcd bilir- ubin in neonatal serum.The relationship of linearity between absorbance and the concentration of SIGMA bilirubin was confirmed in the range from 30μmol/L to 800 μmol/L.An average recovery factor of 0.997(s=0.012,n=61)was found from bilirubinenriched cord sera,covering range of concentration from 50μmol/L to 500μmol/L using proposed method.
