血清hs-CRP与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究血清高敏 C反应蛋白 (high- sensitivity C- reactive protein,hs- CRP)与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变狭窄程度、稳定性的相关性 ,探讨 hs- CRP对冠状动脉病变严重程度的预测价值。 方法 冠状动脉造影确诊冠心病的 82例患者 ,其中稳定型心绞痛 34例 ,不稳定型心绞痛病人 4 8例 ,对冠脉造影结果采用 Gensini积分系统定量评定冠脉血管病变狭窄严重程度 ,以冠脉造影正常者 (32例 )为正常对照组 ,均采血用颗粒增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清 hs-CRP。分析血清 hs- CRP与冠状动脉病变狭窄程度以及临床冠心病稳定情况的关系。 结果 冠状动脉病变狭窄程度Gensini积分与 hs- CRP呈正相关 (γ=0 .4 72 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;而且冠心病临床分组不稳定型心绞痛组较稳定型心绞痛组血清hs- CRP有明显升高 ,有统计学差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论  hs- CRP与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变狭窄程度及稳定性密切相关 。 Objective To examine the relationship between Plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and the stenosis ,stability of coronary artery in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. To explore it's predictive value to the stenosis of coronary artery disease with CHD. Methods Eighty two patients diagnosed with CHD by coronary angiography,thirty four patients with stable angina,forty eight with unstable angina. The severity scale of coronary artery stenosis was quantatively assessed according to coronary angiography by Gensini score.There were 32 normal controls who underwent coronary angiography and proved to exclude CHD.The Plasma hs-CRP of CHD and control group was determined by Particle Enhanced Immunoturbidimetric Assay. We analyzed the relationship between hs-CRP,an independent risk factor of CHD ,and coronary stenosis ,stability. Result Gensini score of CAD stenosis was correlated positively with hs-CRP, and hs-CRP was also correlated positively with the stability of CHD. Conclusion Hs-CRP was closely associated with the stenosis and stability. It would also be helpful to evaluation of severity of coronary artery disease.
