摘要
随日粮中添加 clenbuterol 剂量增加,经汽车长途运输后,肉鸭行为发生异常,死亡率明显提高;心率明显加快,心律不齐,T 波高耸;血清中皮质醇、皮质酮水平显著升高.剂量、心率、血清皮质酮三者呈高度正相关,提示高剂量 clenbuterol 增加了肉鸭对应激的敏感性.
Effects of clenbuterol on animal behaviors,electrocardiogram,serum cortisol andcorticosterone levels were observed in 196 meat type ducks.Three levels of clenbuterol,0.5,1.0 and3.0ppm,introduced to the diet of ducks for 20 days,abnormal behaviors and mortality of animals havebeen shown after transportation.As the increases of dosage of clenbuterol added to the feed of ducks, heartrate,amplitude of T waves and levels of serum cortisol and cortocosterone were significantly increased.There was a marked positive correlation between them.The results suggest that clenbuterol(3.0 ppm)en-hance the sensitivity of ducks in response to stressors(transportation).It seems likely that the dose and spanof using clenbuterol play a key role in the productive performance in ducks.
