摘要
田间条件下,对低芥酸油菜品种908和128的硼素特性进行了研究,结果表明:在土壤有效硼为0.21ppm 和0.38ppm 时,施用硼肥后,植株各器官含硼量,吸硼强度和硼吸收量明显增加;不同的施硼处理之间,以花蕾和角果皮的含硼量差异较大;在油菜的一生中,60%的硼是在现蕾到成熟阶段积累的,反映了硼素营养对低芥酸油菜生殖生长的重要性;而且,施用硼肥,908和128油菜分别增产17%~18.2%和12.6%~23.2%,含油量分别增加4.8%~5.8%和0.8%~2.6%;施硼提高了低芥酸油菜的产量和品质.
The results of the field experiment on boron nutrition of oilseed rape(908 and 128)are sum-marized:Both the seed yield and oil content of the rape seed Were significantly increased by the applicationof boron where the available boron content of the soils was low(0.21-0.38ppm),resulting from the in-creased uptake of boron by the plant.The boron content of different organs of the plant varied with borontreatments,the variation in the boron content of the flower-buds and pods being greatest.In the life cycle ofthe rape plant,60% of boron being accumulated during the period from flower-budding to seed-setting in-dicated the important role of boron in reproductive growth of the low erucic acid type of oilseed rape.
