摘要
用噻嗪酮 LD_(40)左右的剂量处理粘虫六龄0日龄幼虫,饲养到成虫期,用光镜观察0日龄和4日龄成虫的脑神经分泌细胞,咽侧体,脂肪体及生殖细胞,发现经处理的试虫有可分辨的组织学改变.着紫色的中向神经分泌细胞的分泌颗粒略显减少,咽侧体细胞的变化在雌雄蛾间略有差别,雄蛾的咽侧体细胞膨大,但内含物少,雌蛾咽侧体细胞有呈延迟分泌的趋势.脂肪体细胞中出现晶体状颗粒,部分卵细胞发育异常。由上述组织学变化,讨沦了噻嗪酮的抑虫机制可能与干扰昆虫内分泌有关。
This paper reports the effccts of buprofezin on endocrine organs of the adult of orientalarmyworm.We applied buprofezin to the 6th instar larvae with LD_(40)dosage,and then obscrved thehistological changes in neurosccretory cells of the brain and corpus allatum,and also the events in fatbody,egg and sperm unitil the adult imergcd and developed to day 0 and day 4.All of them exhibited ab-normal phenomena,in that the neurosecrctory granules were less than those of control.They could stimulatecorpus allatum to increase the volume and the secretion,and the micro cystals in female fat body were alsomore than those of normal inseet. Nurse cells and follicle cells in egg would be disturbed,the ratio ofeupyrene and apyrene in spermatogonium was just in opposite condition.It is bclived,that the buprofczinwould interfer the hormone dynamics in oriental armyworm as in the target insect as homopteran.
