摘要
4年内测定了来自全国6省区的597个马铃薯品种(系)对软腐病(E.carotovora 的 subsp.carotovora 和subsp.atroseptica)的抗性反应.进一步证实了马铃薯块茎对软腐病的抗性具有皮孔抗侵染和伤口抗侵染两种相互独立类型的理论,并将皮孔抗侵染能力进一步分成抗侵入和抗扩展两个部分.试验鉴定出了一批两类抗性兼有的好品种,如 Murlur,Diamant,Jnongtvia,高原4号等;只具伤口抗侵染的有:Isola,S_2-91-2-2-19,紫花里外黄,长薯4号;只具皮孔抗侵染的有 Alaska Red,Советский,Wauseon(10A-1),临薯7号等。
597 potato varieties or lines from 6 provinces of China were tested over 4 years for their resist-mace to soft rot(Erwinia spp.).The hypothesis that there are two independent types of resistance in potatotubers to soft rot,one to wound infection,the other to lenticel invasion,is confirmed.And furthermore,theresistance to lenticel infection is divided into two parts,i.e.resistance to invasion and to spread.Some varie-ties with two types of resistance e.g.Murlur,Diamant,Jnongtvia,Gaoyuan 4,and so on,have been found.Varieties resistant only to wound infection are Isola, 82-91-2-2-19, Zhihualiwaihuang, Changsu4,et al,while those resistant only to lenticel infection are Alaska Red,Советский,Wauseon(10-A),Linsu 7,and soon.
