摘要
以无脑儿为实验材料 ,并以正常胎儿作对照 ,观察了 2 5例无脑儿的下丘脑、脑垂体与甲状腺发育的关系。结果表明 ,无脑儿有发育正常的脑垂体者 ,无论是否有下丘脑 ,甲状腺的发育近似正常。无脑垂体者或脑垂体发育不良 ,甲状腺则缺如或萎缩、发育不良。结果提示 ,脑垂体不仅对甲状腺的分泌活动进行调节 ,而且脑垂体与甲状腺的发育关系密切 ,而下丘脑 -脑垂体 -甲状腺可能在一定时间后才发生功能关系。
Objective:By comparison of nomal fetus,experiment were performed with anecephalies.Method:Through the observation 25 case of anecephalies we studied the erlationship between hypohysis?hypothalamus and thyroid gland.Result:The results suggest anecephalies with normal-developed hypophysis have normal-developed thyroid gland no matter whether they have hypothalamus or not,and that ancephalies without hypohysis or with maldevelopment in hypophysis have deficiency,atrophy or maldevelopment in thyroid gland.These results imply that hypophysis not only adjust the secretory activity of thyroid gland,but also has a close relationship with the deveopment of hypophysis and thyroid gland.Conclution:The function between hypothalamus?hypophysis and thyroid are possibly performed after a certain period of time.
