摘要
通过对不同组成及烧成条件下的样品进行DTA、TG和XRD的分析,研究了Sn、F单独及复合掺杂对YBCO超导材料相组成的影响。研究表明,Sn、F掺杂会大大地降低YBCO分解温度。在900~950℃(123)相分解成(211)相及成分复杂的液相;而在冷却过程中有(123)相重新生成。认为BaSnO_3的生成和(123)相在烧成温度下分解是造成杂相的主要原因。
The effects of Sn and F dopants individual or composite on phase composition of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ), Superconductors were studied. Samples with different compositions and sintering conditions were analyzed by means of DTA, TG and XRD. It is demonstrated that Sn and F doping can greatly reduce the decomposition temperature of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ). The (123) phase is decomposed into (211) phase and a liquid phase with complicated composition at 900℃~950℃, but some (123) phase is recomposed during the cooling process. The main reasons of the formation of the impurity phases in Sn, F doped Samples are believed to be the formation of BaSnO_3 and the decomposition of (123) phase at the sintering temperature.
