摘要
目的 研究羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 对 13例浅表性膀胱癌术后的患者采用羟基喜树碱 10mg溶于 30ml生理盐水中膀胱灌注 ,每周一次 ,连续 10周 ;每两周一次 ,连续 10周 ;以后每月一次 ,维持 2～ 3年。结果 1年内复发 1例 ,2年内复发 1例 ,11例 3年以上无复发。结论 羟基喜树碱用于浅表性膀胱肿瘤术后的膀胱灌注疗效确切 ,且副作用少而轻。
Objective\ To study the efficacy of intravesical instillation of HCPT for prevention of postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.Methods\ 13 cases of postoperative superficial bladder cancer were treated with HCPT 10mg dissolved in 30ml normal saline,once a week for 10 weeks,twice a week for 10 weeks and subsequently once a month for 2～3 years.Results\ There was 1 case of recurrence within the first year,1 case recurrence within the second year,11 cases without recurrence in three years.Conclusion\ Intravesical instillation of HCPT can effectively prevent postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer with less side effects.Further study of pharmacokinetics of HCPT is necessary.
