磨削加工的计算机模拟技术

摘要 由于磨粒形状和分布的随机性,使得预测磨削加工的结果难以实现。计算机模拟作为一种预测技术可望使磨削过程得到控制。本文从单颗磨粒出发利用计算机模拟技术来研究磨削加工过程。首先建立了砂轮地貌、磨削运动的描述、磨削力、磨削温度和砂轮磨损等模拟模型。在此基础上,在HP-1000小型机上开发了模拟软件。该软件能根据输入的磨削条件来模拟磨削加工过程,并以图表和曲线形式输出磨削结果。输出参数除了磨削基本参数外,还包括磨削力和磨削功率、表面粗糙度、磨削温度和砂轮的径向磨损等。最后把模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较,比较结果表明两者基本一致,这证明了模拟技术对磨削机理的研究和磨削结果的预测是行之有效的。 It is difficult to predict the results of grinding due to random distribution and shape of grain. As a predicting technique,computer simulation can make it better understood and con trolled. In this paper 籧omputer simulation technique is used to research the grinding process based on the cutting action of single grain. Firstly,simulation models of grinding process are built,which include the topograph of grinding wheel,the description of kinematics of grinding,grinding force,grinding temperature and wheel wear. Then a simulation program system is developed making use of these models in the HP-1000 minicomputer. It could simulate the grinding process according to grinding conditions inputting and outputting the results of si mulation in data sheets and charts. Besides the basic grinding parameters.output parameters involve the grinding force and power required .surface roughness ground.grinding temperature in the vicinity of grain and in grinding zone,and radial wear of grinding wheel,etc. The comparison between simulation and experiment shows that the simulation technique is effec tive for the research of grinding mechanism and the prediction of grinding results.
