摘要
本文用急性和慢性生物测试方法,研究了低PH、铝和钙离子对隆线溞(D.carinata)的毒性影响,结果表明,隆线溞的存活率随PH(4.2-7.4)的上升而提高,24h和48h的PHLC50分别为4.67±0.04和4.97±0.15,低PH(5.0-5.6)和铝有明显的协同作用,能使水蚤的存活率、生长率和产存总数下降。钙离子对低PH的毒性有一定的缓解作用。
Both acute and chronic bioassay methods have been used to study the toxic effects of the condition in low pH,aluminum and calcium of Daphnia carinata.The results show that the survival rate of D. carinata increases with the rise of pH from 4.2 to 7.4. The values of 24-hour LC_(50) and 48-hour LC_(50) are pH 4.67±0.04 and pH 4.97±0.15, respectively. In the condition of low pH (5.0-5.6), aluminium has significantly synergistic interaction and it can decrease the survival rate, growth rate and total production of the young of D. carinata. Calcium hsa a certain amelioratiog action to toxicity in low pH condition.
