摘要
α-芳磺酰基乙酸酯在固-液相转移催化条件下可以顺利地进行环丙烷化反应,操作简便.4R^1C_6H_4SO_2CH_2CO_2R^2[R^1=H,CH_3,Cl,Br,NO_2;R^2=CH_3,CH_2CH_3,CH(CH_3)_2,C(CH_3)_3]在 DMF 中,K_2CO_3和 TEBA 存在下,与1,2-二溴乙烷在60℃反应,则环化生成相应的环丙烷羧酸酯,4-R^1C_6H_4SO_2-C-CO_2R^2,产率高.
A simple and efficient procedure was used to cyclopropylate arylsulfonylacetates by using solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis.Reaction of 4-R^1C_6H_4SO_2CH_2CO_2R^2(R_1=H,CH_3,Cl,Br,and NO_2;R^2=CH_3,CH_2CH_3,CH(CH_3)_2), with 1,2-dibromoethane in the presence of k_2CO_3 and TEBA in DMF at 60℃ gave good yields to the corresponing cyclopropanecarboxylates 4-R^1C_6H_4SO_2-C-CO_2R^2
