摘要 研究了稀土对锌基合金的组织、性能的影响。试验表明应用稀土对锌基合金进行变质处理,能使晶粒细化,提高了锌基合金的机械性能。将该材料用于制做塑料模具,结果表明易于成型,制模周期短,制模成本低。 In this paper, the effects of rare earth on the structure and properties of zinc-base alloy are studied. The results indicate that the application of rare earth to modifying zinc- base alloy can make the grains of the alloy finer and improre its mechanical properties. This kind of alloy can be used to make moulds in plastic articles production for its economic benefits, for the mould is shaped easily, the cycle of mould-making shortened and the cost is low.
