摘要
目的 探讨子宫内膜癌单纯放射治疗的效果,以及分析影响治疗效果的因素。方法 回顾性分析45例单纯放射治疗的子宫内膜癌,其中Ⅰ期10例,Ⅱ期22例,Ⅲ期12例,Ⅳ期1例。体外照射应用60Co治疗机或10MVX射线直线加速器,后装治疗应用Buchler及HY-HDR18后装治疗机。结果 本组病例其5年生存率62.2％(28/45),其中Ⅰ期为80.0％(8/10),Ⅱ期72.7％(16/22),Ⅲ期25％(3/12),Ⅳ期为0.0％。患者的期别、病理组织学类型和组织学分级影响其预后。结论 对于一些有手术禁忌症或拒绝手术的患者,单纯放射治疗不失为一种安全有效的根治子宫内膜癌的方法,尤其是Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者。而对晚期患者疗效不佳,需要进一步探讨,以提高疗效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of radiation therapy alone and prognostic factors of endometrial carcino-ma.Methods Forty-five patients treated with radiotherapy alone were retrospective studied,Stage Ⅰ 10,Stage Ⅱ 22, Stage Ⅲ 12 and Stage Ⅳ. was used in theextemal radiation, Buchler and HY - HDR 18 were used in the afterloady irradi-ation.Results The overall 5 year survival rate was 62.2% (28/45), with 80.0% (8/10)for Stage Ⅰ ,72.7% (16/22)for Stage Ⅱ ,25% (3/12)for Stage Ⅲ and 0.0% for Stage Ⅳ respectively. Clinic stages pathologic types and pathologic grades affect the prognosis. Conclusions Radiotherapy is considered as intent curative for endometrial carcinoma especially for stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ lessons. However,improvement of the treatment protocol is needed for those with advanced stages.
