摘要
本文研究了回转体轴类,轴套类零件的特征识别。对这类零件常用的特征单元进行了定义,描述了这类零件的特征模型:介绍了它的识别方法和特征参数定义方法。
In this paper,the authors have studed the recognition of machining features for axleand sleeve—like parts.the machining feature units are divided into the main,the first—level aided, the second — level aided and the third level aided features,the first — level aided feature is named the 'son' feature of the main's etc.For example,if cylindrical surfaces,cones and screwthreadsetc. are to be defined as main features,then end faces,corners,keyways and chamfers etc. can be regarded as the first—level aided features and,further,holes,center slots,crescent slots on the end faces etc.can be considered as the second level aided features etc.besides,this paper has given a minute description of the feature models for a part which includes part feature model, boundary representation model and tolerance model.Furthermore,a methood to recognize the features and define the feature parameters has also been proposed.therefore,a CAPP-system-required feature model can be obtained by a user as follows:firstly,2D draws,rotation and a set of operational functionare used to get 3D graphs.Secondly,the recognization functions are used to get all the features on the rotary parts.thirdly the parameter functions are used to input partand tolerance feature—parameters,eventually,the feature model acquired can be used to make technology analysis in full and thus generate process plans.
