摘要
我国现行的高等教育模式严重滞后于时代的发展。这种模式崇尚封闭办学、专业教育、无个性化教育和终极式教育 ,与经济科技的国际化、科学技术的综合化、社会需求的多样化以及学习的终身化等时代趋势不相吻合。为改变这一状况 ,应加快高等教育国际化步伐 ,改革大学的组织结构 ,增加学生的自主权 ,对教师角色重新定位。
China's current higher education mode has got far behind date, with a lot of problems hindering the development. In order to keep up with the tendency of the times, higher education should accelerate its internationalization, reform the systematic structure of university and college, fortify the students' self-determination and reorientate the teachers' roles.
