摘要
随着短缺经济时代的结束 ,江苏人力资源已经实现了在不同产业之间较大幅度的变动和分布配置。为考察其对经济可持续增长产生的重要影响 ,以第五次人口普查资料为依据 ,在分析江苏人力资源现状与问题的基础上提出 :坚持管理改革与制度创新相结合 ,加快人力资源开发进程 ,推进人力资源优化配置 ,提高人力资源素质 ,应该成为江苏经济、社会可持续发展的必然选择。
With the ending of the economic shortage times, the human resource in Jiangsu province has already realized a great change from one industry to another to see its important effects on the economic sustainable growing, this paper, on the basis of the information from the fifth census, points out the he realities and problems, and reformation strategies: to speed up the development process of human resource and promote the optimized configuration of human resource. Further more, to enhance the human resource quality should become the necessary choice of the sustainable development in the economic society.
